(4/9/08) ATTENTION ALL WRESTLERS. A NOTE FROM COACH ED. If you plan on attending Body Bar, Fargo, or any other tournament, you need to show up and practice on Sunday, April 20 from 12-4!! You need to be practicing freestyle somewhere if you are not practicing at NW with the W.H.Y. Freestyle/Greco team. We can offer the practice times, but you have to make the commitment to show up and better yourself as a wrestler. -Coach Ed

"It’s a one-stop shop, a one-stop location for anyone involved in women’s wrestling to go for information,” U.S. Women’s Freestyle Coach Terry Steiner said. This website will provide exactly what women’s wrestling has been missing, a central location that has everything related to the sport. “It really should be an all-inclusive site,” said Steiner. “It has information on camps, competitions, and technical advice.

May 11th - NW High School
*Freestyle Season starts April 1st. Practice will then be Tue. and Thurs. from 6-8pm. Club fees are $50.00 and includes a club shirt.
